MATCH REPORT
First game of 2025, two evenly matched sides and a welcome back to ex Coleshill player Josh Willis. Coleshill started the game on fire and had chance after chance but one thing stood in their way, visiting goalkeeper Sam Lomax who must have made at least four excellent saves before Racing broke away on 27 minutes and Callum Coyle hit an absolute cracker from just inside the left hand side of the box that went passed Tyrese Warmington's full length dive and snuggled into the far corner of the net. Coleshill went in search of at least an equaliser which their play deserved but Racing defended stoutly and with time running out, the vistors broke away after been camped in their own half and Louis Monaghan was brought down in the box by Harry Sweeney who was shown a Red card. Monaghan took the 96th minute penalty scoring the visitors second goal, which wasn't a fair reflection of the game.
