WOW! Where did that come from? Coleshill hadn't looked like scoring FOUR goals in a game in weeks! Bedworth were on a poor run themselves but a close game between two struggling teams was expected!
Coleshill flew out of the blocks, and were 2-0 up in twenty minutes, Harry Higgonson on 14mins and a George Washbourne penalty on on the 20 minute mark. Nothing Bedworth did came off, it just wasn't there day, and it continued into the second half when Coleshill added a third on on the hour through Jonathan Letford and a fourth on 69 mins through Alex Smith. Did Coleshill take their foot off the gas or did Bedworth finally get some joy for their efforts, but the Greenbacks scored on 77 minutes through Murphy and again in the dying seconds through Burke to narrow the gap to just two goals by the final whistle.
