MATCH REPORT (Report sent to NLP)
As early as it is in the season this was a crunch game for both teams as both were too close to the bottom of the table on just 7 points. Coleshill got off to the best possible start as they were 2-0 up after just 5 minutes. Lewis Rankin took a free kick right side of the box on 2 minutes and Liam Molesworth deft header was enough to beat the diving keeper. On five minutes clever footwork by George Washbourne made space for Rankin in the box and his left foot bending shot found the corner of the net. It got worse for the visitors as Edilson Panzo-Antonio was away free on goal but was pulled back by Alfie Powell and he was shown a Red card.
Despite being down to 10 men Kempston battled on gamely and it wasn’t always obvious that they were a man short. The got some reward early in the second half when a free kick from Finlay Brennan was sent into the box, Jake Newman went down and the referee pointed to the spot. Izale McLeod made no mistake. This livened up Coleshill and they got their own penalty when Amarvir Sandhu jingled into the box, not for the first time, and went down in a heap. Liam Molesworth scored the spot kick. on 56 minutes. Again Kempston played with their heads held high but with time running out Sandhu got to the bye line again and set up Luke Keen for the fourth goal.
Star man Amarvir Sandhu
Entertainment 4 star.

COLESHILL POST WROTE
Now that's better! Coleshill Town at last showed what they are capable of. Two goals up within five minutes. Liam Molesworth headed in a Lewis Rankin free kick, then Rankin finished off a fine move with a left foot bending shot. Kempston had a man sent off as half time approached but they still contributed to a very entertaining game. The visitors scored from the penalty spot early in the second half but Town had their own spot kick that Liam Molesworth converted. Leading scorer Luke Keen got the fourth goal after being set up by Man Of The Match Amarvir Sandhu. Coleshill jumped four places up the league table.
