THE NON LEAGUE PAPER WROTE
AFC Dunstable came from behind to topple Coleshill 2-1 on their travels. The hosts took the lead just seven minutes in when a sweeping move set up Joe Smith who side footed into the top corner from the edge of the box. Dunstable equalised with their first meaningful attack on 14 minutes when a cross came off the shins of Bernard Christie and fell kindly for Leon Cashman to side foot home. Neither side looked capable of snatching a winner but on 65 minutes Cashman chased a lost cause and found the net from a very tight angle to claim the spoils.


MATCH REPORT
Coleshill started really well with some impressive football and took the lead on 7 minutes. A sweeping move across field Amarvir Sandu cut inside and set up Joe Smith who side footed into the top corner from the edge of the box. Dunstable equalised with their first meaningful attack on 14 minutes when a cross came off the shins of Bernard Christie and fell kindly for Leon Cashman to side foot home. Neither side looked capable of a winner but on 65 minutes Guy Clark tried to Shepard the ball out for a goal kick but Cashman chased a lost cause won the ball travelled along the bye line and found the net from a very tight angle. Coleshill huffed and puffed but the visitors defended resolutely and could have scored a third when Christie’s goal bound shot was turned round the post by home keeper Paul Hathaway.
