SUNDAY MERCURY WROTE
A Matt Davis goal midway through the second half kept Evesham's hopes of the title alive as they gained the double over Coleshill. In the 67th minute a Kirnon cross was only half cleared to Davis who shot into the corner of the net. Coleshill almost earned a share of the spoils in the 75th minute when Jones had a goal bound shot from inside the area deflected.
