COLESHILL GAZETTE WROTE
Coleshill Town needed to win their last two games with Three clear goals to become Champions of the Midland Combination Premier League for the first time in their history. Coleshill played Stratford Town on the 5th May at Home and the team played really well and won 2-0 which meant they only had to win their final game Away to Hurley Daw Mill.

N.B. The Stratford Upon Avon Herald usually does a very good Match Report however for this 2-0 defeat for Stratford the game didn't deserve a mention.
