COLESHILL HERALD WROTE
Coleshill End Swift's Proud Run

Bolehall Swifts proud 100% record came to an end on Saturday as they crashed in this local derby. The result was a blow for Swifts who had gone into the game in celebratory mood after tying up a Sponsorship deal with Hamer Ford. The club travelled to seal the deal at Hamer Ford - and the travelled back to defeat! It was a much deserved victory for Coleshill who fought back from behind with only twenty minutes left to play. Tunnicliffe had scored a well taken goal, set up by Satchwell two minutes before half time while Bolehall had dominated the last 15 minutes of the half. However, two early chances from Thurman and Satchwell at the start of the second half seemed to spell "curtains" for the visitors. But it only served to make them more determined to claw their way back into the match. Their confidence was growing by the minute and they should have scored well before the 70th minute when they finally did find the back of the Bolehall net. Gilmour had been replaced by Merrick, Jordan by Aubury and then disaster struck for Bolehall, Aubury failed to find Brown with a back pass around the centre circle. Coleshill won possession, pushed the ball up the right, Bailey shot and Haynes and Brown in their attempt to clear the ball, merely succeeded in directing into their own goal. Coleshill centre forward Bodfish missed two absolute dream chances and Graham Ward had to be quick off his line to clear another, before Hayden dived bravely from a corner to head past a stagnant Bolehall defence. Bodfish missed another chance and Ward parried one past the post before substitute Burroughs was brought down by Ward and Teeling converted from the spot in the dying minutes. This was a poor performance from Bolehall and they were lucky not to have conceded a lot more from a Coleshill side who should now be brimming with confidence at inflicting Bolehall's first defeat and achieving their own first win.

SPORTS ARGUS WROTE
Bolehall had a scare after seven minutes when the slippery conditions deceived the central defenders, but keeper Ward was equal to the shot from Bodfish. Jordan fired in a low drive on 30 minutes as Bolehall finally got into the game which keeper Hart pushed out for a corner. On 43 minutes Satchwell set Tunnicliffe free to make amends for an earlier miss and the Bolehall skipper fired home.
Half Time: Bolehall 1 v 0 Coleshill.

SUNDAY MERCURY WROTE
Coleshill turned the tables on high flying Bolehall to knock them off the top of the table. Bolehall with four wins out of four seemed on course for a fifth when Tunnicliffe put them ahead on 43 minutes. But they were run ragged by a Coleshill team looking for their first win of the season in the second half. Bailey netted the equaliser in the 70th minute before Harden headed the visitors into a deserved lead after 79 minutes. Teeling scored the third from the penalty spot.
