NON LEAGUE PAPER WROTE
Joey Butlin's brace sent Coleshill on their way to a maiden win of the season at St Ives. Butlin and Mason Rees capitalised on early mistakes to put the visitors two up inside the first ten minutes. Mark Jones gave the Ives a glimmer of hope with a well taken goal just after the half hour. But that faint glimmer was completely extinguished by further goals either side of the break from Butlin and Daniel Gyasi who again took advantage of poor defending from the hosts. The result could have been even worse for the Ives with keeper Jonah Gill pulling off three excellent one-on-one saves, to keep the score semi-respectable. But the visitors leap-frogged their hosts and moved out of the drop zone.

N.B. Mason Rees was initially awarded the second goal but it was later confirmed that it was in fact Joey Butlin, which meant the striker scored a hat-trick on his first start for Coleshill Town.
