MATCH REPORT
Harborough are clear favourites for the title and swept passed Coleshill in the reverse fixture back in October 3-0, but Coleshill put on a fine show and were unlucky to lose the game. Harborough's Crawford had a great opportunity to score the first goal but Town keeper James Behan saved at the strikers feet. Coleshill took the lead on 23mins from a corner. The initial kick was half cleared but Gio Dainty lofted the ball back into the danger area and Kobe Hall headed home. Coleshill were defending and competing well but Morris hit the bar with a header, before an equaliser on 74mins when a cross into the box sat up nicely for former striker Kai Tongue who hit a beauty dipping shot into the net. Coleshill had chances to get back in front. Elliot Ball hit the side netting from a well worked move and Jonathan Letford saw his left foot effort just go wide of the far post. Ball again had a great chance as he was put through on goal but his effort was cleared by keeper Bald's outstretched left foot. Harborough took advantage when Tonge got some space down the right side and his pin-point cross was tapped home by the onrushing Daire with just 6 mins to go. Harsh on Coleshill who had given the Champions elect a tough game. There was still time for Tongue to get a red card, 2nd yellow, for putting the ball in the net after the whistle had blown for off-side. Coleshill can be proud of this performance but unfortunately it's another defeat in a tough season.
