This was Coleshill's first ever visit to the Julius Martin Lane ground. The only other time the sides have met was back in November at Pack Meadow as the Colemen ran out 3-0 winners.
A game of very few chances was decided by two goals in five minutes just after half time. In the first half Coleshill just about edged the possession and chances but it was very much defences on top with neither keeper being seriously tested. Things quickly changed in the second half as Kieran Donnelly scored on 48 minutes finishing a "One on One" with keeper Finley Iron after being put through on goal by Gio Dainty and five minutes later, after a goalmouth scramble following a corner, Kai Tonge pounced on a loose ball to volley home from 6 yards. Soham offered little in reply and Coleshill could have extended their lead but will be happy with the result after their long journey.

Kieran Donnelly's effort was Coleshill's 50th League goal of the season.
