Saturday 22nd January 2005
Midland Combination Premeir Division
Coleshill Town 1 v 3 Bloxwich Town
Scorer: Danny Carter.

After a scrappy first half, Danny Carter scored from six yards out after a quickly taken corner to put Coleshill in the driving seat on 46 minutes. A Craig Jones attempted clearance was blocked and Jason Holmes levelled to bring the visitors back into the game. Holmes then set up his strike partner, former Bolehall Swifts player, Dale Roberts to put the visitors infront and a third by Wayne Hughes secured the points. Second placed Bloxwich took the few chances that came their way to take the points but Coleshill, who were made to pay for missed chances and defensive errors, deserved at least a draw.
Manager Mick Beadle said "The performance wasn't bad but we have to start taking our chances. A month ago Craig Davies and Danny Carter were snapping up every opportunity but the goals have dried up now."

Team:- Craig Jones, Steve Lees, James Lloyd (Chris Gee), Josh McPherson, Matt Ward, Chris Davies, Stuart Howard, Carl Smith, Craig Davies, Danny Carter, Mitchell Thompson. Subs not used Matty Phipps, Dean Farrington.
